Paneer Butter Masala Ingredients for Gravy Paste :

8 Dried Kashmiri Chillies
4 Dry Byadagi Chillies
10 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
3 small Tomatoes
10 Cashews mixed in 1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp Coriander
Salt to Taste

For The Final Preparation :

2 TBSP Ghee / Oil
1 Large Onion
1 Glass of Milk
1/2 TSP coriander powder
1/2 TSP Jeera Powder
1/2 TSP Black pepper
Salt to Taste
1/3 TSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Garam Masala
1 TSP Maggi Masala ( optional )
2 TBSP Fresh Coriander

METHOD :

prepare the gravy paste by grinding all the gravy paste ingredients.

Take a pan , add ghee or oil then add all gravy paste and 1 glass of milk.

Cook for 10 minutes and saute until the gravy is completely cooked.

When gravy is completely cooked add all the spices as mentioned above . cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. Add water if Required to Adjust the consistency.

Add Paneer cubes and Gently mix it well . Add fresh Coriander .

Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve paneer butter masala with naan or roti .
